also known as "Dr. B", teaches chemistry at Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has a BS in chemistry from Drexel University, and an MA and a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Delaware. She has long had an interest in explaining science to children and the public, working through organizations such as the American Chemical Society and Liberty Science Center. She has many scientific publications and has written a children's book, "Fizz, Bubble, and Flash! Element Explorations and Atom Adventures".
