Acid / Base Art

You can have some fun with the color-changing properties of cabbage leaves. Simply draw a picture on a sheet of paper using a waterproof marker. Then color the shapes in by rubbing a cabbage leaf on the picture so that everything is reddish-purple. Then use cotton swabs and lemon juice or baking soda to change the color wherever you want. Let the picture dry and display your artistic creation!
